Besides his own research and concert performances Marco Beasley proposes masterclasses, in which particular attention is dedicated to the relationship between text and music as suggested in the treatises of the Renaissance and Baroque period:
A VOCE SOLA An investigation upon Recitar Cantando: the Art of the Heart Masterclass in singing and acting with Marco Beasley Maestro at the continuo: Stefano Rocco
The Masterclass is possible from a minimum of 5 participants and consists in individual and/or group lessons. A public audience is welcome. The class is open to professionals and amateurs singers on a high level who want to explore, understand and experience the Italian repertoire of the beginning of the seventeenth century, usually defined as the Recitar Cantando style, by the study of the music composed by Claudio Monteverdi, Giulio Caccini, Jacopo Peri and others.
